Booking Policy
Simply Divine Spa requires a three-hour
minimum booking. Three hours may be a combination of
service time and number of services. For example, 9
employees for a 20-minute chair massage would equal 3 hours.
Cancellation
Policy
To avoid cancellation charges, please notify
us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled event will be
charged 100% of the final cost. Cancellations made within
24-72 hours of a scheduled event will be charged 50% of the
final cost.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is due at booking. The
remaining balance is due at the completion of our services.
For pre-booked multiple appointments, Simply Divine Spa shall
invoice your company.
We accept cash, company cheque, debit card, VISA,
or MasterCard.
