History

Massage has always played an integral part of Indian life where women practice the ancient art of Indian Head Massage. Using oils such as coconut oil, mothers give their babies a daily massage; children 3-6 years of age get a massage once or twice a week. After the age of six, they are taught to share a massage with their family members.
